Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened mindfulness products within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Eligible Items

The following mindfulness products are eligible for return:

  • Awareness Journals in unopened, pristine condition
  • Mindful Timers in original packaging with all accessories
  • Practice Card Decks in sealed, unopened condition
  • Other physical mindfulness products in new, unused condition

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons:

  • Opened or used Awareness Journals with written content
  • Practice Card Decks that have been opened or used
  • Digital products or downloadable awareness resources
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Products without original packaging or missing components

Return Process

To initiate a return of your mindfulness products, please follow these steps:

Step One: Contact Us

Step Two: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step Three: Package Your Return

Carefully package the mindfulness product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Securely seal the package to prevent damage during shipping.

Step Four: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned mindfulness product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes three to five business days.

Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product but will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We want you to have the right mindfulness products to support your awareness practice. If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to process the exchange efficiently.

Exchange Process

To exchange a mindfulness product:

  1. Contact us within thirty days of receiving your order
  2. Explain what product you would like to receive instead
  3. Follow our return process to send back the original item
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement

If there is a price difference between the original and replacement product, we will either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Products

StateAware takes great care in packaging and shipping our mindfulness products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Reporting Damage

Please report any defective or damaged mindfulness products within seven days of delivery. When contacting us, please provide:

Our Response

Incorrect Orders

Shipping Costs

International Returns

Currently, StateAware ships mindfulness products only within the United States. If you have received an order outside the United States through a forwarding service, please note that international returns may be subject to additional restrictions and costs. Please contact us to discuss international return options before shipping items back.

Restocking Fees

StateAware does not charge restocking fees for standard returns of mindfulness products that meet our return eligibility criteria. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for:

  • Large or bulk orders of awareness tools
  • Custom or personalized mindfulness products
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements

If a restocking fee applies to your return, we will inform you before processing the return.

Gift Returns

If you received a mindfulness product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order information if available. We can process the return and issue a refund to the original purchaser or provide you with a store credit for the value of the item.

Cancellations

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases of mindfulness products and awareness tools on shyxaroneusmyxei.ddd. Store credit does not expire and can be combined with promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
